Offshore zones

In processes of certification and application proceeding for issuance of a conformity certificate, licenses issued by regulatory bodies of the offshore countries from the list below are not considered as international regulators. Certification policy of the RAFMM implies that certificates’ owners have licenses given out by the international regulatory bodies, as a result, the Council of the Association made a decision about impossibility of using licenses issued by regulatory bodies of the offshore countries for the purpose of raising the confidence level of the company within the Association.
