Fund’s protection

In order to increase the reliability level of provided financial services and safety of client’s deposits, participants of the Russian Association of Financial Market Members developed limited levels of responsibility for cases when a client is risky to lose funds as a result of company’s inability to pay.

Atype conformity certificate gives the following types of fund’s protection to clients of the companyowner:

• The maximum payment for single insured event is 50000 USD or equivalent in other currency;
• The maximum payment for each of two and more insured cases which emerged as part of the same insured event is 20000 USD.

Btype conformity certificate gives the following types of fund’s protection to clients of the companyowner:

• The maximum payment for single insured event is 30000 USD or equivalent in other currency;
• The maximum payment for each of two and more insured cases which emerged as part of the same insured event is 10000 USD.

Ctype conformity certificate gives the following types of fund’s protection to clients of the companyowner:

• The maximum payment for single insured event is 2000 USD or equivalent in other currency;
• The maximum payment for each of two and more insured cases which emerged as part of the same insured event is 1000 USD.

Bank details:

After the positive decision was made on the clients’ claims against one of the companiesparticipants of the Association, compensation is paid by transfer of funds to the client’s details which are specified after claim is considered.
