Executive Board

The RAFMM Executive Board is a standing executive department led by the RAFMM President. This board takes a collegial decision on the questions which in according with the RAFMM Charter, committees and other departments have a right to take a decision only by approbation of the Executive Board. Under the authority of the Executive Board are questions of the current operative management of committees and other RAFMM departments according to appropriate Regulations. The Executive Board comes to the decisions of members’ exclusion and inclusion, as well as others decisions described in Regulation of the Executive Board in terms of the RAFFM Charter and Basic Regulations.

As a result, the Executive Board is developed for the realizing current operative management of the Russian Association of Financial Market Members activity. Quantitative structure of the Executive Board is determined by the RAFMM Charter. The Executive Board is headed by Chairman of the Executive Board – the RAFMM President.
